Instead, each upgrade seems to be not much more than new layers of shaky features and irrelevant decorations, at the expense of our time, money and ease of use. We customers deserve better. Love this program! After spending the last 27 years using a few different accounting programs, I still choose Quickbooks for my own personal business use. For a small business, I feel it is the most user friendly software that I have had experience with.
I like that I can set up multiple businesses so that I can handle bookkeeping for more than one client and keep everything organized under each company. I hope to be better at the entire program in the near future.

I was told I would not get a refund, free assistance and I could not roll back to SO I am forced to use this piece of crap program!
